Lake Auronzo

The first stage of our day begins after a two-hour journey through enchanting mountain villages. We will make a 30-minute stop to admire and walk along the crystal-clear waters of Lake Auronzo, framed by the Marmarole mountain range. Lake Auronzo, the largest in Cadore at 1.7 sq km, was formed by a glacier during the last ice age, creating a breathtaking landscape that attracts visitors worldwide.

Lake Misurina

Our second stop, after a 30-minute journey, is Lake Misurina in the heart of the Dolomites. This natural alpine lake is known for its clean air, beneficial for those with respiratory issues. Enjoy a walk around the lake or savor an optional lunch in one of the huts and restaurants, tasting typical mountain dishes while admiring the stunning peaks. Lake Misurina's crystal-clear waters and beautiful surroundings make it a must-see destination.

Lake Dobbiaco

During our 20-minute journey, we will take a short break at Lake Dobbiaco, a picturesque alpine lake surrounded by forests and mountains. Its crystal-clear waters reflect the stunning natural environment. Located in South Tyrol near the Austrian border, Lake Dobbiaco lies between the Tre Cime and Fanes-Sennes-Braies natural parks. Enjoy the serene beauty of this unique destination.

Lake Braies

In the fourth stage of our journey, after a 20-minute drive, we reach Lake Braies, near the Austrian border. Renowned as one of the most photographed lakes in Italy, its emerald waters are surrounded by the stunning peaks of the Dolomites. The lake's clear blue-green waters, dense forests, and flowery meadows create a breathtaking landscape. Lake Braies is a must-see destination in the Dolomites or South Tyrol, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and outdoor recreation.

Cortina d’Ampezzo

We arrive at our last leg of the journey after about an hour. Cortina d'Ampezzo, surrounded by the Dolomites, is a prestigious sports resort and holiday destination, famous for hosting the 1956 and upcoming 2026 Winter Olympics. Enjoy a walk through the lively town center, filled with artisan shops and unique boutiques.

Venice, Piazzale Roma

After this visit of Cortina, we have a two-hour journey back to our starting point. Cortina d'Ampezzo is renowned for its natural beauty and rich history, making it a favorite destination for skiers and tourists alike.
